Plant Stand : Panacea Products Forged 3-Tier Plant Stande, Black

Received the plant stand today from Amazon and was pretty disappointed. The box had been damaged during shipment but it also looked like it had been repackaged from a prior return. When I opened the box, I found that the welds on part of the main frame were so poor they had somehow sheared off during shipment. In examining the frame more closely, I found other welds in the same condition so it wouldn't have been long before those broke as well. Did not take the shelves out of the plastic wrap so did not look at those components. Its too bad as size wise, it looked to be exactly what I was looking for. Needless to say I have already requested a return, not an exchange.
